The regional restoration workshop

The workshop is especially furnished over 600 m² for the comfort of the works : secure areas, controlled climate, ventilation and over-ventilation, freight elevator, X-ray room, photo studio, quarantine room, treatment rooms. A documentation centre available by appointment only, gather the archives (40 000 photos and 800 objects files treated by the workshop), and a library specialized in Breton heritage and conservation-restoration.

The guided tour start with the discovery of the exhibition room and continues with the restorers working. Group visits. Fixed price 53€ per group. 20 persons maximum : workshop guided tour around the works in process of treatment, presentation of conservation-restoration works and research study (materials treated, work carried out...).

Open all year, closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
